Up to friendly with the brotherhood, oh man that meter really inches up slowly. Wonder if I should try a massacre mission. At least I got rank up with the feds whilst doing this. Cant we get permit holders to expand to get their own bases outside of locked systems. How does that work?
Yeah, I kinda put Terra Mater on the backburner. A measly two passenger transports to get to Cordial, then nothing else seemed to even shift the bar by so much as a pixel. I'll get around to it again one day. Maybe. Not that I actually want to get into Terra Mater at all, but I've been collecting permits just because I can.
Gotta have 'em all; permits, man!
Speaking of. Anyone interested in a CQC circle jerk? The most legendary of obtainable permits is a long road without a full wing.

Switched to assassination missions, but these are so easy to fail, turn up and honk to find out target is 100,00 Ls away and 5min left on finding target, or find out a comms array has to be scanned on a planet, when my vulture carries neither srv or cargo rack.
So back to dolphin, and got stuck carrying a mission cargo load and unable to drop off passengers as my 4t cargo rack was full, so had to fit an extra rack at the destination, not very clear, then drop off passengers, sell commodity rewards, refit, finish cargo mission.
Confusing, but nearly allied now.

OP has Ganymede and Callisto listed as Permit locked - I'm there now and they are not.

HIP 23874 in the whereabouts of WITCH HEAD SECTOR requires permit. Not listed in OP.

HIP 23874 appears to be part of the permit locked Col 70 Sector.
I got allied with Luyten 347-14 Prison Colony at Amis' Claim in Fomalhut, but the system permit for Luyten 347-14 never shows up in the mission board under Luyuten 347-14 Prison Colony as a mission. It is not under available or requirements not meet missions.
Any ideas why?
Edit: Exact same issue with Pi Mensae Brotherhood at Gillenkens Dock in Ngugira. I am allied and no system permit for Pi Mensae is available from the Brotherhood.
