Check your list of permits, I bet you've already got it.
That should be the temporary permit issued for the CG.
The CG has completed, but I checked last night, and while the Silver Legal Group won, their megaship has no missions available. Of the three locations you can find the Silver Legal Group, the megaship being one, HIP 54530 and ch-1 Hydrae being the others, only ch-1 Hydrae has missions available from them, and there is no permit mission.

And you are correct, it is because I have the permit. But I shouldn't have the permit. Not only did I only come outside the top 75%, I did so for Jupiter Division. I am sure someone is going to correct me here, but I should not have the permit. What I think has happened is that Frontier have not moved the ending of the CG on yet.

That's why: I'm trying to first put myself in Ally of Silver Legal Group position just in case I get my permit revoked!
On reddit the planet NCG 4609 SECTOR PZ-Q B34-2 requires a permit although the system map doesn't show it. See:

Pretty sure that's not true, we can be fairly sure because they have already used non-permit locked systems in the demo videos, and the also the permit locked systems certainly don't come to an additional 20% of explorable bodies in the galaxy.
So, is there still no way to obtain HIP 54530 permit? I'm allied with SLG, but no permit mission at their megaship.
...Because you already have the permit. The "temporary" permits issued to everyone prior to the Jupiter Division CG were never revoked.
True. But it's also the case they messed up the permit so if you didn't log in and get that temporary permit at the time then you can't get it at all now.
Edit: Presumably because they forgot to do whatever needed doing.
I never participated in that CG, though, and I don't have even a "temporary" permit.
My Colonia-based alt didn't participate either, yet she has it. Looks like everyone who logged in within a certain timeframe got it.
If you didn't, and can't get it now, I'd suggest raising a support ticket.
Really it's a bug in the game so ideally Support shouldn't hand it out (but they might). No-one seems to care though https://issues.frontierstore.net/issue-detail/23505 - probably because most people play enough to have the temporary permit.
Not sure if I logged in at that time (I played only sporadically for the past months). Will try support.
