When I upload a zoo to the workshop(?), do the animals go too, or do they disappear? If someone downloads my zoo, will the animals come with it? How would someone know where to place which animal into which habitat?

Well the education/habitat boards with the animals on should transfer too?
No, they would be blank if transferred with it, because they only can be set to display what a player owns and has done research on..
However I would assume you can simply name a habitat after the animal that it is intended for, and a person can know that way.
