Use Career Map in Sandbox (Terrain Only)

I would love the ability to use completed Career Maps in Sandbox mode with the Terrain Only toggle option, similar to how it works in Planet Zoo.

I know currently you can launch a map in Sandbox mode but some of the buildings and rides are locked and unable to be deleted.

In addition, height maps or sculpted options would be wonderful.
