Utilities

So one thing that i felt the last couple games were lacking was how anything in the park works. Restrooms need water, Trash needs to be dumped somewhere, everything needs power. Would be nice to see a utility system similar to city skylines. Piping and Drainage System, Power Plant and Grid, Dump, etc.

How would that enhance the immersion of creating a theme-park?

I guess an immersion example would be like when Main street at Disneyland floods when it rains due to bad pipes. It makes people sick smelling the sewers. Also most theme parks have their own power plant on site as well as a dump. Its the things people never see or think about but it is part of building a real theme park.

I do not really want to take care of the cityworks. But going super negatives and backing up loans could cause cut electricity and similar, causing people go sour? But on other hand it would just cause a dead situation, who would want to go to a park without electricity? No earning.

Honestly don't see the need for this. It works in certain games like Prison Architecture really well because they affect the whole way you manage and design. With this style of game I believe that we have to assume that the cost of the infrastructure when you place a ride/building etc is included in the cost and thus happens as required.

Having to manage power output or similar doesn't really lend itself to this game in my opinion.

this could go pretty well with the realistic management version that appeared already in other threads, along with realistic timelines, closures hours, staff shifts, paking/resort management, etc... :)
