V3.3.06 leaked patch notes

Managed to find these patch notes before they were quickly taken down with a go live date of tomorrow am

Greetings Commanders,

Here are the patch notes for Beyond Chapter 3.3.06 (Appears as 1.28 on the PS4).

Weapons

The following weapons have been added to outfitting (where applicable):​

  • Small Seismic charge launcher
  • Small AX multi-cannon (fixed)
  • Small AX Multi-cannon (turret)
  • Small plasma accelerator
In addition to the small weapons we have added the following;

  • Small AX multi-cannon (gimbal)
  • Medium AX multi-cannon (gimbal)
  • Large AX multi-cannon (gimbal)
  • Huge AX multi-cannon (gimbal)
Ships

Moray Star boat : Latest member of the Saud Kruger ship group. A medium sized ship with much sexyness. (same stats as the phantom basically but in a sexy saud kruger skin, this one has teeth!)​

Material brokers

Lifted the pointless 40ly limit and also the discovery nonsense, they now just appear on the map like black market contacts the way it should have been​

We have also revised the trade rates to 3-1 as opposed to the current 6-1, for your enjoyment.​

CQC

We have added new CQC bots to ensure no-one is left waiting for a match ever, once a human CMDR joins the game they will take over from a bot slot, hurrah CQC for all!​

Modules


Removed module staking, one of each module except hard points

Mining

The PWS has been re-vamped because it was half baked, we have added the following amendments​

  • Asteroids with cores shine Blue
  • Asteroids with sub surface shine Red
  • Asteroids with surface deposits shine yellow
We have also introduced new mining zones in the asteroid clusters, all materials found in these are G1-4 with G5 materials available from core mining and sub surface mining in these locations​
We've also added Void opals and the like to sub surface mining​

Audio

Added a new covas pack recorded by a very depressed man from Wolverhampton (think droopy but with a Birmingham twang)​
Galaxy Map/System Map

Bookmarks... bookmarks for all, - we've increased the limit to 500 bookmarks including customised categories, we have also allowed re-naming and editing / deleting bookmarks without the galaxy map focusing in onto the system for quick editing rather than panning around the galaxy 60kly at a time.​
General Fixes & Tweaks
  • Fixed Elephant butt leather
  • Fixed the Dolphin heat bug
  • Fixed Xbox crashing
  • Fixed the BGS, woah there cowboy!
Installations/POIs/USSs
  • Fixed HGE, they now appear as they should
Missions
  • Revamped the pay scale in line with mining
Powerplay

Playing in solo no longer can effect Powerplay, by pledging to PP the solo and PG options will be greyed out for that CMDR until they unpledge​
Crime & punishment

Bounties
  • no longer fixed to the ship, now fixed to the CMDR
  • Fines remain as they are
  • Bounties can no longer be cleared by contacts
  • New bounty hunter AI introduced with fully engineered god like ships which WILL seek you out and destroy you, frequency and number of AI sent depend on bounty level increasing exponentially
PVP USS
Added PVP Navigation beacon to systems currently at war, here C&P rules do not exist with the following rule sets and new league tables, bounties are automatically set to off in these locations.​

  • PVP [LOW] - Rebuy is non existent and aimed to test your builds out if you wish, pvp kills do not count towards the new league tables, nor can you claim bounties or lose them
  • PVP [HIGH] - Rebuy is in place, pvp kills count towards the league table, bounties can be claimed.
  • PVP [HAZ] - Rebuy is tweaked, you lose your ship for good, separate league table for the insane, CMDRs claim a bobble head trophy upon destructionwith the other CMDRs name like the ears from Diablo.
Combat logging or disconnecting unceremoniously will see you banned from pvp nav beacons and a chicken paint scheme automatically applied to your ship with the tag [chicken] to your CMDR name for 28 days

  • actually fixed the landing gear visual bug this time
Stations
  • Fixed landing pad occupied bug
SRVS

Added 3 new SRVs​

  • Fast light weight SRV 2T - 100m/s 2T cargo capacity
  • Rock crawler 6T - 50m/s - 2T cargo capacity *special tracks to climb at 70° inclines
  • Cargo monster 6T - 40m/s - 16T cargo capacity
Engineers
  • Added blueprints for mining laser (lightweight / Charge enhance / overpowered) *hand wavium make it so
Crafting

Crafting limpets is now similar to crafting ammunition - it will synthesis the same speed as ammo rather than some slow pathetic nonsense because its not combat related.​

Limpets

One controller to control them all, fitted like a fighter bay the limpets are printed with a maximum "live" limit, once they have collected the necessary materials they will re-dock for fuel / repair, if destroyed the CMDR must "print" some more via synthesis​
Classes remain the same i.e. 1A is one active limpet at a time with the following commands;​

Fuel​

That's a good summary of desperately required upgrades and fixes :)

i think 3.3 just needs another 20 minutes in the oven to be honest.

I did miss out one consequence of C&P for combat logging where the covas voice-overs are now replaced with chickens clucking for 28 days so instead of "heat sync deployed" all the CMDR would hear is "BWOK BWOK BWWWOOOOOOOOKKK" again this would be compulsory and you cant turn it off in the audio section :) but i thought this may be a step too far???
