There is a CMDR by that name on PC. At some point I've searched this name out of curiosity.

Even better: EDDB lists the Carrier V2J-WVV in system Kongga (it's not there, I checked it) while my own DB, that is connected to EDDN, says V2J-WVV is located in Muang
