It's an easy and simple detail, but it feels a little lacking that the carnivores don't do a victory roar after killing another carnivore like in the films and JPOG. It's strange because the victory roar is there but only after killing large herbivores. This simple change would make the carnivore fights/killing animations just a bit more cinematic.

I can see this might be a nice addition, however, I don't think it's a great loss. Dinosaurs roaring around is like the most stereotypical (and often also pointless) thing, it doesn't hurt when they just keep their mouth shut.
I agree that it's not a big deal, but it would be a nice detail just to make the fights more cinematic, especially considering that the victory roar is already there for when killing large herbivores. It wouldn't be hard to just add them to the carnivore kills as well.
