Video-capturing software of choice?

Nvidia Shadowplay but it'll only work when using 1 screen....dissabled with multimonitor configuration...
It only works in fullscreen mode too so no borderless windows either. Same with AMD's GVR I believe, making it a deal-breaker for me.
