Horizons Video: panels flicker. Is this a bug?

I have been noticing this for a while now and finaly took the time to capture it on video. This happens not only close to the sun (so it is not due to heat) but also in stations or in the SRV.
When going back to the main menu and reloading the instance everything is fine again for a short while.

Take a look at the flickering, escpecially in the coms window. What is that???

To my eyes it's not flickering. It's more jittery like it's moving ever so slightly in different directions, around where it should be, really fast.

I agree. What would be a better term for that?

Do you have Disable GUI Effects on or off?
(Graphics Properties).
Also what's your PC/Graphics card spec?

Cannot check that till Saturday.

1080Ti (play mostly in VR)
1920*1080 monitor (DSR x4 via Nvidia Ctrlpanel)

I tried different drivers, different resolutions 1920*1080 up tp 4k, different refresh rates using a 144Hz monitor, different FPS. Vsync off and on, GUI Effects off and on. Nothing helps.

Logging in and sitting in Space everything is fine until I accelerate and boost a little. When opening the GUI's the shaking begins and does not stop until I switch modes.
