View number of jumps in Galaxy map?

It's possible I'm being a bit thick here, but is there a way to view the number of jumps in your current navigation route from within the Galaxy Map? If so, where?

The reason I ask is that when I apply filters to my route, I'd like to see what impact this has on the number of jumps without having to exit the Galaxy map, view my Nav panel, and then re-enter the Galaxy Map.

As far as I know, the only place it says this info is on the main Nav panel. Not within galmap.
