"visited" tags

Not sure about NavPanel (it's already too cluttered), but would be nice as an info-panel popup in the System Map.

Or, as has been posited before, Explorers could drop an Exploration Beacon and when you scan it you get the list of Commanders that have scanned it before you, as well as adding your own name to it.

Either approach would require Server Infrastructure and additional network traffic though, so might not really be feasible to scale up.

EDSM unfortunately just tracks summary visitor numbers and ship types, not names. Apart from the obvious privacy issue (for a third-party site), which could, of course, be opt-in, it would also require additional server support to have a full visitors list. Still, I think it'd be nice too.

Doesn't need to clutter. Different colour label would do.
Are you asking for Visited tag on a system already been explored? I am sorry we only visited .0075% of the systems currently in a 400 billion system Galaxy.

If so. Start flying smart. Never pick the most direct route. You hit that .0075% explored systems. (most direct route) Offset your course 500 LY or 1000 LY and pick a location outside that location you want to go to. Then fly in. 99% of your systems will be unexplored.

This is not included the area of the bubble

No, only where I've been. can get mixed up after a session of checking everything in sight. (Did I hit geo spot 17 on planet 3b, or not?)

I would like to see all the systems I have visited on the Galaxy Map. Maybe something like "The Bubble" graphic. "Systems visited" info is already stored in the map, they would just have to make the graphic. It is an exploration game, I would like to see MY explorations!

Agreed OP! I assume you're referring to adding a 'mapped' indicator next to bodies and POI's in the Nav Panel, right?

Yes, this would be very useful so I don't have to keep a note of which POI's I've scanned on a separate piece of paper.
