Where is the Ponds, Lakes, Rivers, Streams, and Rain?

There is no water in the game yet. This is still being developed. What ponds and lakes you can see in some peoples parks, are made from using Blue Wall building pieces laid flat or some people have used Flad Blue Roof pieces or even the Blue Paths. I don't think we will see water or weather conditions (rain) in the game until stage 3 of the build or even the final stage.
