Wearing oculus in super criuse makes me sleepy

I've been playing with oculus but I had this problem that I get sleepy on super cruise.
Is it the black and boring screen with music ? not sure but has anyone else had the same issue?

hahah yep I have fallen asleep but that may be due to lack of sleep in general.

This game in general makes me pretty sleepy, rift or not, it gets boring within an hour or so of playing. I can only play it in short bursts.
