I think both Scaphognathus and Rhamphorhynchus are much too small to be honest. Medium size pterosaurs make more sense. Tapejarids, other Pteranodontids, Ornithocheirids and maybe some of the smaller Azhdarchids.

Maybe... but if they can work in Dimorphodon then there's no reason they can't add Rhamphorhynchus...
I don't think it works for Dimorphodon.

And we can barely see it. This game isn't very suited for such small animals.
Probably something related to the next movie. or just a dinosaur pack.
Well, from what I can tell, if something is to be based on a new installment, it would coincide with their release, meaning something related to the next upcoming movie will definitely be released in at least about a year and a half from now, and I don’t think it will be charged as a DLC.
Like the Fallen Kingdom and Battle at Big Rock updates, both of which coincided with the releases of their respective shows, they introduced free content of what new species they had the game didn’t at the time. It’s basically a marketing stunt to get people who play the game exited for the new installments should they wish to check them out. So, I think a free update with free content related to the currently titled “Jurassic World 3” will be the case for next year.
If anything, maybe there will be a free update to coincide with Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous, a CGI animated TV series that’s coming sometime this year on Netflix.
