It did load after several attempts, I just don’t know what else I can do to get it to last longer.

Mucking around in challenge mode because of the constant Franchise disconnects. Still haven't done much with the species from the Eurasia pack because they evidently aren't available in challenge. I set up a temperate zoo, and all that is for sale in challenge trade center so far are the same few African species and Capuchins. I'd forgotten how limited the Challenge mode offerings are

Had some time today and was really productive with starting and (almost) finishing a habitat in one go: Walkthrough Macaque Mountain, the final habitat of the Himalayan area of Biopark, is almost done!

Yes, that looks like the old Griffith Park Zoo. They moved their zoo to a much larger, much more modern facility on the other side of the park ages ago, but some of the old cages are still there, where the old zoo was. People can even picnic in some of them, though it would give me the creeps...
Could be made into a really nice Backstage Area though
Oh god, this is really terrible! Why would you want to picnic in it? I would definitely lose my appetite.
Why don't they just tear down the old facilities and use the space for something better?

Some more work on the Meercat exhibit in my Edinburgh Zoo project the interior of the shelter is complete and the foliage/landscaping at the back of the exhibit is also complete, I've added some hotwire along the right hand side but not sure if I'll keep this as I think it looks too chunky.
There's definitely a use for those sorts of enclosures. In Sandbox of course, since welfare would be way in the red. Something post-apocalyptic, something rundown like this, the old style "cages" zoos. Roadside zoos as well now that we have enough medium and smaller sized animals that could work with that. Ultimately we generally want to focus on how good the zoos are for the animals...but on occasion, it's okay to be bad about it too.
I can help with that if you want, I’ve done it in the pastand have to figure out how to design a zoo logo
