After a long weekend, I'm ready to Planet Zoo... Forgive my messy setup, I get in trouble for not cleaning it up, actually

But I find it exciting just how it looks with other people.

Put a bit more work into my three man enclosure, with the focal point of my work being a smaller holding facility for the capyflappy, so that they dont have to allways be where the big guys are and easy seperation.
The building itself is just a beton cube coverd with rocks on the guest side, but the ceiling actually is mulched and planted to both hide the ugly view and be more nature friendly.
I also prettied up the habitat now up to the entrance of the capy holding, slowly creeping through from left to right.
And cause its me i couldnt hold back for a little panorama view across the pigmy hippos!

Yesterday I started trying to build snow leopard heights, but before getting too far I decided to add the animals to check if everything is okay. It shows they can escape all over the place!!! But there is a mesh roof, mesh everywhere with no holes. Can I believe they will escape or is it an error?
I have to admit I am missing my franchise zoos! Although I enjoy the building, I miss having the different animals in trading and concentrating on them more than I do in sandbox. Might be time for a sandbox break.

They can climb that wood, try using a non-climbable wood along with adding the climb barriers and the actual mesh barriers as they can also climb the mesh barrier/walls and jump onto the roof.
Sadly you cannot define a non climbable height with null barriers when keeping climbing animals however you can use that mesh walls and add a non climbing construction material to prevent all animals climbing, like metal beams, construction support blocks etc

@DarthQuell thanks! It's not a null barrier though, that is the actual mesh barrier.
@Captain Callum thank you, I just deleted the upright posts and that fixed it. Now I'm gonna have to re-think that build though cos it looks odd without them and there are no other wooden posts I wanted to use.

Made a really cool looking african penguin habitat. This is now my favourite entrance habitat ive made so far with even the simple layering of rocks for the cliff working out way better than i imagined (and yes that aint snow )

It's the woodland park zoo in Seattle (Washington state). The penguin picture is ingame with photo editing (Nvidia ansel). The custom media with the penguins is just some random art grabbed from Google and then turned into a cool sign

Correct its me, and i have a question for you. Look at these 2 gates, exactly the same, which one looks better? The one on the inside of the box or the one on the outside?
Gonna have to decide for one and if its the left flip the handle to the outside.
And while i did spent about 1,5 hours just on these fences and gates, have a little shot of the three man habitat.
Its really fun to watch as theirs allways something going on!
