What did you do in Planet Zoo today?

Dang, that's great. You are on a roll, Sir!
Thank you! Hopefully you'll like the slightly improved version:

Biopark's lion area is finished - more or less (some minor foliage work has to be done). Just next to it I started the hyena area which will have two outdoor habitats, too, as well as several backstage cages and a small indoor enclosure. The bigger hyena habitat is located just across from the smaller lion enclosure, a visitor bridge separates the two areas. Under the bridge actually is a tunnel, so in reallife the hyenas would get access to the lion habitat from time to time (the lions would be in the other habitat then of course), which would enrich both species.

I think I've never shown any bigger overview of Biopark, so here is one of the African area so far. The large area with the hill above the lion and hyena area is going to be the large savannah with giraffes, white rhinos, zebras, ostriches, sable antelopes, wildebeests and Thomson's gazelles. It's definetely going to be a tough and probably exhausting project. 😅

I wish we had another smaller African animal. I'm planning a bongo habitat next door to my mandrills, and there will be a little gap opposite both of them that I'd love to fill with, I don't know, rock hyraxes, or porcupines, or ground hornbills or something. Even a small cat like the serval or caracal would be perfect. I suppose I could do warthogs or aardvarks.

I added another monorail station, this time in the African section, which comes with two exhibit animals.

To the left, there's the savannah area, but it keeps some more plants since we are on a tropical zoo after all.

The first animal here are the hyenas, which have an indoor education area too!

Made one too once but yours is better

Bongo and Mandrill🤔 Sounds like Kongo Peafowl would fit really nice if we would have them

Once I start it's hard to stop haha
😍 I'm absolutely in Love with this

Thanks but it's not made by me, sorry for not giving credit. Vigoga made this one: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2324876547
Thanks. Immediately downloaded it. Looks so much more natural than mine. Would probably be really great in Primate Enclosures. If the Fake Trees would also be climbable It'd be perfect (at least I had a Fake Tree from the Aquatic Pack in a Macaque Enclosure once and they weren't able to climb it. Still counted towards the climbable Area though)

Yeah, I agree with this. It would be also nice to have more different fake trees (like smaller and bigger versions) to have more variety. Same counts for the fake rocks.

Added Side Walls to the Puppet Stage in my Wildpark and made the Decision to create a little Kids Corner.
Besides the Puppet Stage I do already have a Coloring Table (again thanks to @Leaf Productions who has shown this nice Idea in one of his Videos). Other Things like a Restaurant and a Playground are also planned. Any other Ideas what I could add there?

I still need to find an excuse to try that out! Do you have a picture? I wanna see!

I'm going to continue with the Playground and the Restaurant and then I'm going to take Pictures of the Puppet Stage and the Rest of the Area

I didn't play today, but I just saw an Arctic hare in the wild! Now I want them do badly in the game 🐇
👍 Really cool. We definitely need some Species of Lagomorpha in the Game. I really hope for wild or domesticated Rabbits (both would be great. The wild ones could roam around some Areas of the Zoo and the domesticated ones could live in a Petting Zoo)

That's really cool! That reminds me of how you're from Finland. Hope you and your loved ones are feeling safe right now given current events. I just saw some comments the Russian foreign minister said regarding Sweden and Finland potentially joining NATO.

I’m pretty sure we aren’t supposed to talk about politics here. Can I suggest that although of course it’s great to offer each other support and kindness, for many of us these forums are an escape from the reality of the current situation and indeed other situations and maybe we should stay on topic 💚

Just started an Omaha-inspired Desert Dome; I’m also planning to move my sea lions and African penguins to an outdoor aquatic area (tentative name: the Ameriquarium)
