Democracy Pending Lockdown: "Protestors are fanning the flames of discontent. We may have no alternative but to raise our levels of security."
Cooperative Pending Outbreak: "We have heard tales of sickness and disease. We are concerned that we may have a medical emergency on our hands."
Feudal, Pending Lockdown: As we feared, the peasants are dissatisfied with their lot. We might need to deploy additional forces.
Anarchy, Pending Bust: Our economic analysts are predicting a downturn in the near future. The system could be heading for a bust.

The Galactic Faction census over in BGS sub-forum has alerted me to existence of several Imperial Confederacies, of whom three were inserted just over the past autumn.
As my ship's location is some 11 000 ly out counter-clockwise from the inhabited bubble, I am issuing this request to willing commanders to inspect the following systems and factions once the galaxy servers come back online:
NLTT 9447 - The Cerberus Confederacy
Bhare - Imperial Grey Wolves
Bhilinool or Pangilagara or Lao Yanes or HIP 11598 - Crystal Armada
Gundji - Defenders of the Galaxy
Post a screen capture of said factions' description (right hand panel, system info).

In light of these changes, I'm opting to retire this thread and opened a new one in the BGS sub-forum. This thread can now serve as record of the old dialogue lines before 3.3.
It seems to be an occasional thing - Smiling Dingo Crew were showing as Unknown rather than Feudal earlier in their home system ... but when I went back later they were back to normal.
