What does this Camera icon mean?

Read under photo......

There is a camera icon right above where the black arrow is pointing.
But I can not find any information on what it does. I tried all during BETA and
and clicking on it does nothing. Does anyone know what it does?

Yeah why it has a whole button on the toolbar for it boggle my mind.

I'd love to see an eyeball button there for "tegidcam", it's a bit annoying to rename staff every time you want to lock yourself down and look around like a guest.
