Ships What is ED's Slave 1? [STAR WARS FANS COME HERE]

So what ship is our Slave 1?

I'm actually inclined to say Diamondback Scout.

Rotating engines on landing, massive canopy, very good fighter...

Thoughts?

Hmmm.... I'm going to go odd and say either Viper Mk 4 due to its durability and weapons, but the Scout is a good choice due to its stealth.

Slave 1?

I would say the Fer-de-Lance.

Since the Fer-de-Lance in Elite lore is used be high profile bounty hunters and recognized as a bounty hunter's vessel.

This would be a Fer-de-Lance build that resembles the Slave 1 according to its Wookieepedia entry:

It features cargo space, which the Slave 1 has. Also missiles (Slave 1 has concussion missiles) and the bounty hunter essentials.

You could add armor, but usually I refrain from doing so on a FdL because of the already abysmal jump range that I don't want to reduce even further.

It's the Diamondback scout, being fast, can jump far, is really agile and pack enough punch to be dangerous against a single ship (if not too big of course).
it's also very cold and have a strong hull so it's a great ship for stealth gameplay.
