Hi peps!
HP 15-ab222tx white laptop
6th gen Intel Core i5-6200U (2.3Ghz, turbo boost up to 2.8Ghz)
Intel HD 520 Iris integrated graphics chip in CPU
2GB AMD Radeon R7 M360 Graphics
Windows 10 64 bit
8GB DDR3L 1600 RAM
With my AMD Radeon graphics, I CAN play the game at 1920x1080p on Low settings and get about 15-28fps. Or play the game at 1024x768 on High settings and get about 12-25fps.
Your average laptop will struggle to play this game. But even with my laptop, I can play The Sims 4 on High Settings with 20-32fps. This game really requires a good PC. Quad core CPU's are recommeneded. i5 and i7 processors with only duo cores, will struggle.
I looked in Windows 10 Task Manager, the game only uses around 4GB RAM, but it maxes out my i5 processor. But the game is still playable on my PC, just not at 1920x1080p High settings.
No I am not into desktops as I primarily game on Xbox 360 and Xbox One. I have a YouTube and Hauppauge HD PVR2 and many friends on Xbox. I prefer laptops as they offer mobility especially if you want to work with them in the lounge/kitchen/front porch/backyard/bedroom, and are mobile for school and when going on holiday. Desktops aren't as mobile. Even with my PC I can play Cities Skylines on High settings and get around 20fps.
I also like to thank AMD for releasing Update 16.3.2 for AMD R7 M360 which updates the GPU UI to allow us to manually switch which graphics intel or AMD we want to use on a Windows 10 OS.
I got my PC new late last year. I love it because it's very light and white not dull black which manufacturers are addicted to besides Apple who understands young peps and make stuff not all in black and make them thin and high quality. My PC also has an optical drive too, and my laptop only weighs something like 1.9kg and has an anti-glare 1080p screen.
