I think he brought in Eric Clapton for While My Guitar Gently Weeps because it was a really great song; and he knew that if he brought the best guitarist in the world to the session, they would have to listen.

That's a great article on the Beatles.
At that time there was much friction between Lennon and McCartney but I wasn't aware that this extended to the rest of the group.

A Bossa Nova song written by Antônio Carlos Jobim. A famous Brazilian standard played by an orchestra in Costa Rica. I didn't know that they had an orchestra. Go figure. Thank goodness music is the universal language.

If you want your gal to feel special dance to her with this tune. Very romantic. Even my dogs like it.
