This iconic song exists in many many versions, but IMHO the one with Tracy Chapman is the best. Everything matches.

And another one. Miami Vice has kind of provided the soundtrack to my life since 1986, so I'm biased. In 2006, they did a remake in form of a movie. Never saw it, but the music is cool. This trailer contains part of the new Crockett theme. Always liked the contrast of synth pads against compressed & tight od guitar riffs. Sadly, it's rather short.
