What would your Local Zoo Pack look like?

I live outside of Boston, and we have TWO local zoos that are run by the same non-profit called Zoo New England. Franklin Park Zoo and Stone Zoo.
I w

Stone Zoo
1. Whooping Crane
2. African Spurred Tortoise
3. Bush Dog
4. Rock Hyrax
5. Markhor
6. Black & White Colobus Monkey
7. American Black Bear
8. Leopard Gecko

Franklin Park Zoo
1. Reeves's Muntjac
2. Masai Giraffe
3. Kori Bustard
4. Emu
5. Cape Porcupine
6. Ocelot
7. West African Dwarf Crocodile
8. Madagascar Hissing Cockroach

Hmm this one’s a bit tricky for me as I frequently move for work but I shall give it a go
Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center
While it is a rescue/rehabilitation/education center, I love the place and value it over the non AZA anchorage zoo.
We have most of the animals but their missing animals are
1. Musk oxen
2. Wood bison
3. American black bear
4. Porcupine
5. Roosevelt elk
6. Wolverine
7. Coyote
8. Sitka black tailed deer
No exhibits there but the wood frog would be welcome

Beardsley zoo (I grew up going there)
1. Ocelots
2. Red wolves
3. Brown throat sloth
4. Coati
5. Sandhill crane
6. Manned wolf
7. River otters
8. I’d say hellbender salamanders, they have a lot of NA and SA critters.
Plus they have most of the highly requested SA and NA with some Asian animals.

If we're looking at the super popular animals at my Local zoo that's not in the Game, the Zoo Boise Animal pack would be

1. Lar Gibbon
2. Serval
3. Striped Hyena
4. Olive Baboon
5. Southern Ground Hornbill
6. Linnaeus Two-Toed Sloth
7. Magellanic Penguin

Exhibit: Mozambique Girdled Lizard or Madagascar Hissing Cockroaches

My local zoo is John ball zoo and the pack I would put together is:
1) Maned Wolf
2) Black Howler Monkey
3) Spider Monkey
4) European White Stork(coming soon)
5) Sitatunga(coming soon)
6) North American Porcupine or the African species. The zoo has both species.
7) Bennetts Walaby
8) Reticulated Python

The Sitatungas and storks will be mixed with Pygmy hippos the zoo will be getting in the future. I would have chose a bald eagle if I knew for sure we were getting a aves pack.

Korkeasaari zoo pack (also known as Helsinki Zoo pack):

  • Amur leopard
  • European bison
  • Eurasian otter
  • Eurasian lynx
  • Eurasian brown bear
  • Markhor
  • Wild boar (if we had birds, change to bearded vulture)
  • Gecko leopard (E)
Little update replacing added animals by:
  • wolverine
  • muskox
The zoo doesn't have wild boars anymore, so I replace them with:
  • peccary

The zoo closest to me is the Jacksonville Zoo and Gardens, but I've already made two packs for it, one before and one after the release of the Wetlands Animal Pack, so I'll make one of the former closest zoo to me, the Woodland Park Zoo in Seattle.
  • Common Wallaroo
  • Patas Monkey
  • North American Elk
  • Mountain Goat
  • Maned Wolf
  • Sloth Bear
  • White-Faced Saki
  • Egyptian Tortoise

My local zoo would be the Highland wildlife park, Scotland. So a nice variety of animals could include:
  • Bukhara Deer
  • Scottish Wildcat
  • Turkmenian Markhor
  • Vicuña
  • Wolverine
  • Red squirrel
  • Musk Ox
  • Capercaillie

My local is ZSL London Zoo!

•Sumatran Tiger
•Two Toed Sloth (Linnaeus’)
•Red River Hog
•Humboldt’s Penguin
•Mantled Guereza
•Pygmy Goat
•Northern Lion (Asiatic)
•King Cobra (E)

My most local zoo atm is Burgers' Zoo in Arnhem. With the bighorn sheep sadly no longer there and most of the iconic species already in the game, I think my pack would look like this:
  • West-Indian Manatee
  • Collared Peccary
  • Banteng
  • Malaysian Water Monitor
  • Victoria's Crowned Pigeon
  • Great White Pelican
  • Roan Antelope
  • Reticulated Python

My local zoo is the Lake Superior zoo

Bennet's Wallaby
Pallas's Cat
Cape Genet
American Black Bear
American Porcupine
Himalayan Goral
Black and White Colobus Monkey
European Glass Lizard

Only one zoo here and it's Jersey Zoo run by the Durrell Wildlife Preservation Trust (or just Durrell). It is small and feels like walking in a park, but the trust has a reach all over the world. It's most iconic species - the gorilla made it into the base game as did the lemurs and giant tortoise. Meerkat and ASC Otter came later, but that is it as far as zoo's current representation.

The roster for the pack would be:
  • Sumatran Orangutan
  • Sulawesi Black Crested Macaque
  • Andean / Spectacled Bear
  • Alaotran Gentle Lemur
  • Aye-Aye
  • Chilean Flamingo
  • White-naped Crane
  • Northern Bald Ibis
  • Black Lion Tamarins
Yup it's primate and bird heavy but it is a small park and all those species have been part of the zoo for 30 years, some like the orangutan, bear and macaque since it opened in the 50s.

My local Zoo, Hannover, Germany

1. Addax
2. Bontebok
3. Capybara
4. North Chinese Leopard

5. Patagonian Mara
6. Grey Langur
7. California Sea Lion
E. Leafcutter Ant
3. Urson - North American Porcupine
4. Emu
7. Common Wombat

aaaand many more (I think I have to go there again, I always have so little time :()

1. Gibbon
2. Capybara
3. Kiwi bird
4. Two-toed Sloth
5. Secretary Bird
6. Brazilian Porcupine
7. Greater Kudu

1. Common Squirrel Monkey
2. Emu
5. They no longer keep Secretary Birds, replacong with Grey Crowned-crane
6. They no longer keep the Porcupine so I will replace it with Southern Tamandua

The two zoos that are closest to me are Port Lympne Wild Animal Park and its sister zoo, Howletts Wild Animal Park.

Howletts Wild Animal Park
  • Sumatran Tiger
  • Honey Badger
  • Red River Hog
  • Crowned Lemur
  • Lion-tailed Macaque
  • European Wolf
  • Gelada Baboon
  • Javan Gibbon

  • Eastern Black Rhinoceros
  • Spectacled Bear
