When and what is the tick?

Got a partial tick at around 21:30 - Faction status summary got updated, but not the system and system map.

It's now 22:30 and the system map isn't updated yet, still the wrong INF for the faction I'm monitoring.

Now at 11:30 the system map shows the correct results. Don't know when the change happened.
The time difference between calculating the INF and then showing the results in the system map and in-game (a station changed faction) was big. Hopefully FDev fixes this with 3.3 or with the next server maintenance.

It has ticked for me 30 mins or so ago, except Inara is not updated with a new asset I acquired.

Inara will not updated until someone fly across the system with some tool (EDMC, EDD, Inara...) activated

Inara won't update asset change of ownership until somebody docks there with some tool activated.

Obvious checks:
- did you land specifically in the station which had changed hands?
- did you have an EDDN-feeding tool running at the time? (EDMC, EDDiscovery, EDDI, etc.)

It's 22:24 GMT now and tick hasn't occurred again.

As expected, no solid word on when the new tick is happening.
I did some missions last night and no update this morning (which would have happened pre-update) so are we expecting to have just lost a tick due to the update, or maybe it's now at a completely different time?
I appreciate this is mostly a rhetorical question as we're all in the dark for now

Monitoring here is suggesting a possible tick at or shortly after 1200 (first noticed in Colonia region at 12:35 but that region is often slightly later)

I can't pin it very accurately, but it may be around 13:00 game time.... Only know when i logged out on old influence and logged back in around 14:30 with new numbers
