Hey guys! It appears that faction states have changed in our system (Negri), but influence did not. My friends and I ran approx 10 INF+++++ assassinate pirate lord missions for Lemon Slice last night. Today, no INF has changed in the system, but two factions went to war:

State always tends to be detected slightly ahead...

...and an influence change detected in Colonia system at 16:45 (though I'm still getting stale reports elsewhere, so it may take a while to propagate)

Tick going on for the last half hour. Definitely seems like states, conflicts, news and other effects occur first, and the influence tick comes later.

Yeah, I also noticed ticked occurred more than a few hours early today AEDT. Anyone know why?

Didn't notice any tick from yesterday 2:00 PM (GMT). Neither war states changes (even on 4 panel victory/defeat shifts), nor influence
