There was an apparent update in Colonia at 13:21, but not in any other systems in the region since, and subsequent updates on Colonia have been back at the old values too.
Mondays were really bad for the tick in Beta, too.

Have we had the BGS tick today? I'm flying about checking the staus of various wars and not one has changed to what it was yesterday.
Have you checked out the faction news from a station services menu? I saw the effects of yesterday’s tick considerably sooner there when compared to the system map.
No, I haven't but I have not been landing. Just jumping into the sytem and looking at the war status on the right hand panel. I've just visited 11 systems across the LYR bubble and not a single war has changed status since yesterday. This most unlikely as we have had a number of guys active in the CZ's in those systems.
No, no tick seen yet. Yesterday it came through in bits but influence updated at around 18:30

I just observed the BGS tick in my systems.
