Discussion Where is the API for search

I am looking into making my own website for searching for ship types, modules, and commodities (kind of like Inara). I would like some help help getting started (mostly I just need someone to point me in the direction of the API documentation for stuff like searching for systems based on parameters). Any help would be much appreciated.

You can start with EDDN and EDMC to get an idea of how the ecosystem works. But there's no "API", not in the way you think.
