General / Off-Topic where is the "manage attachment" button

Probably being really dumb, but where is the "manage attachment" button on the forum post UI?

I have been trying to upload some images, but all I find is the insert image for a URL, in the FAQ it says "On this page, below the message box, you will find a button labelled 'Manage Attachments'. Clicking this button will open a new window for uploading attachments. "

Presumably the admins of this forum decided that since it is largely dedicated to the obsequious fauning of the creators of this game, attachments might not be necessary.

yes that is what I have read, that's where the quote comes from; But there is no button to press, try it yourself, maybe its just me

Host your images somewhere (Photobucket or others), then post the links.
