Which mouse after the G9x?

Ok I still have to decide if I'll buy a HOTAS or I'll stick to keyboard+mouse. In the end, I'm not that bad after 1 month with keyboard+mouse... I'm using a Logitech G9x, as I have a claw grip style. The mouse is wonderful and I use it since more than 2 years of intense gaming. I'd like to have a couple of buttons more, however. Any advice?

Just got my x55... crashed my clipper enough to put me back in a t7. It does take a bit to get used to after playing with a mouse/keyboard setup. Oh, those crashes were due to ghosting keys caused by plugging the stick & throttle into USB2 ports instead of USB3. My bad there =/

Btw, the x55 could use some kind of padding for the hand rest on the stick.

I have a G700 and it has been a really great mouse, I find the button size and placement easier to deal with than the G600's
It doesn't get much action in ED though as I have a Warthog/Tartarus combo

Almost any mouse is suitable for ED, as it's not a high speed fps. Given that I used to play BF4, Borderlands, I can recommend only one mouse if precision is paramount: The Corsair M65. They have a similar mouse more suited for MMOs (more buttons) called the M95.

Yeah, precision is not a priority. I was asking mainly because of the grip style and the number of buttons available. Players opinions are important.
