My controller feels like it's sputtering at me when ever anything happens now. launching a fighter feels like grinding gears in my hand. anybody else notice the difference?

Certainly did notice it. First thing I did was disable the vibration.

Thought my controller was having a tizzy last night, glad it's not just me that noticed this.

Wait, how was it possible to make this worse?
This was something I disabled on like, my second day ever playing the game on XBox, because it was nigh-constant, and both ran down my batteries, caused my controller to fall off the table every time I put it down, and was making my fingers tingle after a few hours.
