Why a docking computer unable to dock with crashing into stuff on orbital construction sites?

A streamer would be jolly incorrect in that case - the only way you get votes back is by one of your issues being marked as fixed, or by de-voting them (which is done by clicking the “voted” popularity triangle on the report).

I always find it worth checking “My Issues” after an update to see if any votes have become available, and if any of the voted issues have been fixed but not marked as so.
In that case, if we can't withdraw our votes then I foresee never being able to vote again. Unless I buy new accounts!

As I said in my previous post - you can de-vote an already voted-for issue by clicking the popularity triangle 👍

I manually fly my T9 past the construction platform umbrella and point it in the space between those 3 #!*% floating panels before triggering auto dock. It helps that my T9 is slow (150 m/s, boost to 210).
If you've got that far, I don't know why you're bothering with the autodock as it's really not difficult and frequently quicker to do it yourself. I'm certainly not the galaxy's greatest pilot and I've been using an unshielded T9 to build 11 orbital and six planetary structures without any problem at all (but I have hit the ground rather hard on one or two occasions).
Trust in your abilities.

If you need to dock a ship, then dock it. Computers are all well and good but actually doing it yourself is far more immersive imho.

Tried that the ship is all over the place, and so little room for your bigger ships and a nightmare for a no shield ships!
Practice. I can land my shieldless Cutter manually faster than the autopillock could ever do it, and do it without bumping into anything. You just need to learn the drift, anticipate, embrace and exploit it🙃

Anyone who routinely flies a Cutter knows this is nothing new.

I've had my Cutter bounce off the outside of a Coriolis station (and toaster grid) so many times that its simply not worth the gamble. I simply fly it right into the middle of the slot and only then let the AP take over.

...and don't get me started on the auto launch function on the Cutter!
