Why is this game so poorly optimised for Xbox series X?

Someone at Frontier thought it would be a good idea to give Planet Coaster an uncapped frame-rate on Series X. I can play games at 60fps or 30fps, as long as it is consistent. World building sims are notoriously difficult to keep at stable frame rates because the polygons being pushed varies as the player scrolls around and zooms in and out of the world. This game is silky smooth from a satellite view but as soon as one zooms in, it becomes a laggy mess. Hard to describe but it’s really juddery, like the world is being pulled along corrugated iron. Please Frontier, do the right thing and give the option of a 30fps cap. This will protect the player from all the unlocked nonsense, hide the issues and give a smooth experience. At the moment the game makes me feel a little queasy, which ironically is what a good day in real theme park does...
