Wing Assassination Missions changed?

I had great fun trying to do Wing assassination missions in as small a ship as possible.

I encouraged a friend to do one with me and things seem to be different.

1) Assassinate deserter description (no claim that the action would be considered ilegal).

2) Target was clean.

3) After dispatching local security, and engaging target, more local security appeared.

4) The target fast high jumped out.

Picked up several notoriety points and a bounty (which was kind of fun), but this was not the droid I was looking for.

Is this some kind of bug where the mission description does not correctly identify the legality of the mission?

Oh, and C&P is flat out silly. You can leave your ship on a pad and go play another game, or fool around prospecting in a different ship. Being bad has zero meaningful consequence. I think I'll be bad more often.

You got the odd one out. The only one that's still a bit weird... Assassinate Deserter is 'normally' illegal nowadays. I didn't mention it to anyone a couple months ago when I realised. I figured it seems reasonable, because they deserted that faction and sought the protection of another, and are considered clean in that jurisdiction. The mission text definitely needs updating with 'This mission could be illegal in certain jurisdictions'.

Awesome - ty.

Not a bug really just an omission. From an RP point of view , I could totally get being asked to kill someone that wasn't "bad".
