You can, but can't use your ship leaving detenction area

I was trying to off Sirius corporation, attacking some settlements controlled by this megacorp, but I was shotted on the field.

After my release from my cell, I used the new "Now you have your ship to get out of the prision ™" provided by the new update, but when I turned on the engines of my ship.... THE PRISION MEGA SHIP SHOT ME DOWN.

Did anyone else have trouble with Mega ship/Fleet carriers ramdomly shotting you, even if your ship is clear?

Nope. I had a 'minor incident' this evening that had me and my ship (with a bounty attached) sent to a Prison Megaship 100 LY away. No problems, just flew away and carried on being naughty when I got back.
