Can someone tell me how I am supposed to report game bugs? I am missing codex entries & it is becoming a waste of my time if the Codex does not record my finds. M-Class Red Giants found in each sector but no entry in the codex. Same for the Space pumpkins.

When I go to the bug reports page I get the message in the title of my thread.

This was answered in my post awhile back, and I believe other posts before mine, especially with the Anemones. If you can't tag it, it means it's already been tagged by someone else, but for some reason the original discoverer's tag isn't showing. So instead you get a false codex which makes you think you are actually the first person and then corrects itself. Check varonica's reply in the link to the post below for other info:

Using the new issues tracker see: https://forums.frontier.co.uk/threads/issue-tracker-now-live.507721/ When you went to the old bug reporting page on the forums there should have been a banner at the top of the page.
