Maybe for fleet carrier owners create a mechanic that allows you to hire and manage your own fleet, but they would fly the ships you have bought and outfitted.
This would help players that play most of the time alone and could use a hand when it comes to mining or fighting Thargoids.
Maybe the amount of pilots you can hire could be unlocked by increasing the fleet carrier hangar or something like this.
