Description
Zende Partners has called for increased deliveries of Guardian commodities in Synuefe EN-H d11-96, the newly established hub for Guardian-human technological research.
CEO Freya Taine made the following announcement:
My company has established a scientific research outpost in Guardian space named The Prospect, which also serves as the termination point for our megaship transport service from the Zende system. The next step is to procure a licence that will allow a technology broker to trade from The Prospect.
In preparation for this, we invite the galactic community to collect Guardian commodities from nearby ancient ruins and bring them to the outpost. This will allow us to provide a stock of existing Guardian-human technology, while also stimulating further studies into this extinct civilisation.
Deliveries should be made to The Prospect in the Synuefe EN-H d11-96 system.
The appeal begins on the 16th of May 3305 and will run for one week. If the maximum requested total is achieved earlier than planned, Zende Partners will end the campaign immediately.
To earn rewards you must sign up as an active participant before delivering Guardian commodities to The Prospect in the Synuefe EN-H d11-96 system.
Be aware that faction-state changes and other disruptive events can negatively impact markets and station services, and could prevent the initiative from running smoothly.

Quick note - the CG Participation Threshold Calculator may not up updated immediately at the launch of the CG however I will endeavour to get it up and running as soon as possible during the rest of the day
 
Stolen Guardian Items sell for less than collected from planet items at CG station... but count to the CG...
If you commit criminal acts that get a bounty you can't hand in legal cargo untill bounty is paid off and that requires a return trip to the nearest IF at Pencil Sector EL-Y d5 station...
 
Am I missing something here.... because if I haven't then I'm going to have a rant!!!!

In the livestream there were two types of USS that spawned both mats and commodities.
One was a scavenger type interaction (Degraded emissions USS) in which you didn't have the risk of getting wanted, but did run the risk of getting pirated by NPCs, and other players, these spawned the guardian mats.

The second was a piracy interaction (convoy dispersal USS) where you become the pirate and so do run the risk of becoming wanted, and so authority ships can come to try to take you down, these spawned guardian commodities.

Turns out Frontier have decided to scrap the first CG but leave the second, thus turning the event into a Piracy only CG rather than one scavenge & Trade and one piracy & black market trade! CG's AFTER the taxi ships have moved.

You've just shipped a bunch of CMDRs who like the passive gameplay elements that were announced (scavenger CG) and just left them stranded in the middle of a PIRACY FRAGFEST with not much to do now!

yes I know we can just fly back to the bubble but the whole point of the taxi ships is to enable small jump range ships to get to the guardian ruins.... think about that....

way to go.


that is unless the both types of USS's spawn both commodities and mats, then it's OK-ish.

No you can STILL get legal guardian commodities via boring SRV drive on Guardian site...
Still 100% legal but still the old way...
 
Think you can go to any Guardian ruin site, fill up a Conda (your private logfest) and finally deliver the whole stuff to The Prospect. Spares you the gankers as well. Hm.

But \o/ CGs are back and logfests too! 🍻

its a royal pain in the buttocks 5 escort ships v 1 pirate... they realy did build the cargo piracy for wings only...
Installation raiding is way easy but your never sure youll get guardian items from cargo rack...
Done 8 raids and only got 2 items.... pah...
Now waiting for the new IF to go online...

true but ypou get less $$$ for legit stuff!

the easy fix is to make both USS types spawn both commodites and mats.. you get a 50% drop rate but at least you can take part in the CG, in a manner that was intended, otherwise why put the USS's in there anyway

Just why couldn't they tell us this was going to happen yesterday before we got on the taxi ship.... that's my real gripe!
