Passed an overnight loop (100 runs) of 3DMark TimeSpy Graphics Test #2 (the one that fails at the lowest clock speeds on this hardware).
Cooling looks like it's back to where it should be (case fans at 7v, near silent):
Duct tape tends to leave a bit too much residue for some applications...but I have a fair amount of masking tape in this system.
