Thats because generally UK law does actually work, unlike most places around the world where you just need a suitcase full of folding and a small militia.Nah, UK law is kinda weird. I don't fully understand how it works

Whats everyone's fascination with Fdevs share price? arnt there other trading sites for that?As for future Odyssey content - that is about as predictable as FD's share price in one year. But there still is no correlation. I'd say the announcement of a new release has larger impact. If you can predict the announcement of a new release then you're good. Predicting the actual release date and when it'll record in what financial year would be really good.
Anglo Saxon law is weird because it isn't as codified. It must be somewhat effective because these countries produce solid businesses. But coming from a codified law region it appears kinda "intangible".Thats because generally UK law does actually work, unlike most places around the world where you just need a suitcase full of folding and a small militia.

Investing money into companies can be a good way to combat inflation losses. The market usually adjusts price for inflation "automatically".Whats everyone's fascination with Fdevs share price? arnt there other trading sites for that?

Aye but this is a forum to discuss a game and its content.Investing money into companies can be a good way to combat inflation losses. The market usually adjusts price for inflation "automatically".
Right, I think we should point that out to the people who like to bring up the share price. Maybe they do that because they are clutching for straws.Aye but this is a forum to discuss a game and its content.
Having worked for the UK arm of a multi billion dollar entertainment company let me give you a list of things that were implemented (financially wise) as a result of posts on their multitude of forums/social media platforms in the 20 years i was there.
list of changes made

It is full of rabbit holes, to put it politely.Nah, UK law is kinda weird. I don't fully understand how it works.
How about that!Maybe they do that because they are clutching for straws.
Which I'll do again...clutching for straws.
Last 6 pack of eggs went rotten. I'm just no big egg eater. Couldn't even say how much they cost.Does anyone know the value of a nice egg in these trying times?
REALLY??? unfortunately we can't go down that road so we will just laugh a bit...Thats because generally UK law does actually work, unlike most places around the world where you just need a suitcase full of folding and a small militia.

the missing roadmap for 2023 says all. I wonder also why the shares of FDEV plunged few weaks ago. Maybe a sign of the bad condition regarding FDEV and if so a major investor left. Very sad for such potential game.
That.they are simply trolls clutching at straws hoping to provoke some reaction.
I did all of that as a complete noob in a couple of days.I'll gladly take your CMDR out to the guardian sites to collect blueprints and mats
Oh yes certainly. Share holders are surely playing the game and studying the complaints on the forum/reddit/youtube, to revise their investment strategy in Frontier..!I agree it is sad, but one things for sure whatever's on the roadmap will be more "Minimal Viable product" game loops with simplistic one-dimensional mechanics that once learned will add another grind loop into the game, that will likely introduce new bugs, will never be updated or fixed to even be a MVP in the first place, that will never be added or improved or introduce any variety or new mechanics or features and ultimately aid by adding an additional nail in the demise of such a promising game with all the potential that we the players can clearly see.
No wonder the shareholders are leaving the ship, they can clearly see its sinking due to the systemic problems with the management (Strategically, Tactically and Operationally) of this, and I'm pretty sure other, Frontier games. All we can do is make the most of what we have in the mean time and be the last to disembark if we've the tenacity to stay that long...
I both love this game and its concept since I originally played it on my BBC Micro back in 1984, the visuals, flight mechanics, variety and galaxy of ED are superb (even with their flaws) but I hate the way its been managed, developed & supported over the years and this obvious potential squandered by Frontier. But what can we do - nothing except stop playing and leave and exercise our buying power by NEVER purchasing another Frontier Development's game, anything we say or suggestions we make are (for the most part) ignored after all FDev know best....
Sorry for my rant, but I just felt it had to be said.
Hmm, I thought I saw some Internet and news chat on the subject of Tesla, Musk and the future of the company! Likely as relevant as the forum complaints about bugs and the Frontier share price.Granted, FDev have been really hammered. They've lost over 60% of their value over the last year. But so did Tesla and you don't see people preaching that the end is nigh for them, do you?
I hope the insufferable grind didn't kill the game for you!I did all of that as a complete noob in a couple of days.
