Most of these look to me more like "rework of a major feature" material than "u16" material...
 
A More Thargoid variants so we need brand new modules which will need various materials only found Somewhere ??
B many fixes and improvements
 
A possibly though I'd expect more hype for another on foot Thargoid scenario.

The rest is a wish list.
Even if Thargoid ground combat were sort-of ready, I don't think Frontier would release it just before two of the arguably largest game releases of this year: Baldur's Gate 3 and soon after it Starfield. The winter holiday season would be more likely.
Also see how the major feature rework was pushed from end of this year to next year.
