Fourth Anniversary

Well that is a surprise. I really like ungulates (I am probably one of the very few people that were satisfied wit the Arid Pack roster) as they play a major role in any zoo, so any kind of new suid is welcome.

I do have a preference for the Collared Peccary as I would use it alot, unlike the Wild Boar, which I have no use for. It is a great animal to fill between your big South American star animals, I currently have a space between Jaguar and Giant Otter habitats, so a Peccary would come in handy.

I would prefer a peccary, too; they are very cute and possibly could be kept with other SA animals. However, the Wild Boar would also be very nice and fit nicely in one of my zoos (dedicated mostly to European Fauna). I keep my fingers crossed for a peccary

Same here. Really happy with the peccary though, even more so that it’s free. Interesting they mention it as being in North America not South America.

Also this doesn’t rule out to many themes for winter. Could be highlands or eurasia for in instance. Probably not Central America though but hopefully that for Spring.
