I enjoyed how they spent the morning showing the new procgen tech to create planets and then in the afternoon show the pre-production Castra system with very hand-crafted looking mountains ... it's all coming together this year boys!

Let's remember that probably a majority of what's showcased has been hastly stitched together during a 2-weeks crunch that happened because the regular overtime development M.O. wasn't enough.

Nothing has been made for production of the actual game, but mainly for the con.

I've given up trying to update the BDSSE to 3.24 as the download servers are still completely borked. Downloading 40+Gb at less than 1Mb per second is a farce

Surprised there hasn't been more complaints that they're proposing to add instanced dungeons (under Arc Corp) to grind reputation. Pushing people into instances is very MMO, but not very 'Sandbox Game'. Mike seems ok with in

(Not that it matters - sounds like it is years away)

Edit: I guess if I was watching a PvP streamer they may not like it as much
