Princess Aisling Duval reimagined with Dall-E AI

See, this is something I genuinely find a little bit... unsettling.

As a big fan of Skyrim, there are some amazing mod's for the game and, these days, a lot of them come from Asia and, apparently, Japan and South Korea specifically.
Thing is, an awful lot of these mod's seem to re-imagine the characters as kids or teenagers and, not gonna lie, that's just plain creeps me out.

I wonder about the psychology at work here.
Is it, perhaps, that these cultures require people to grow up fast so they're forced to use video-games to provide a simulated childhood to replace the one they didn't have or is it... something else?

But yeah.
I realise princess smurfette is supposed to be "young" but I always figured she was at least in her 20's.
Well she has been running a power for at least eight years and her PR photos haven't changed much in that time so well into her thirties?

Suspension of disbelief is a funny thing, isn't it?
On the one hand, we embrace the fact that ED's universe is evolving in tangible, observable, ways but, OTOH, we happily accept that it's populated by characters who can remain the same for a decade or more.

Maybe the aristocracy of the ED universe has access to some kind of life-extending treatment and their apparent age is simply the result of when they first started taking it?

Tinfoil scenarios aside, the saucer and bowl(?) on the table do have somewhat distorted proportions. Filtered the image to enhance the oddity. Nice catch!

The whole table setup is a strange mish-mash. The bowl and saucer could be a rice wine cup. I'm more concerned about the plate of 'mystery food' under the book - strips of flesh? And what is that strange implement on the table? Skin peeler? 😂

I am fine with tea in proper cups, the proper cup she is holding is also fine, the saucer like object with the central ring(?) in it is what is odd.
The sugar bowl is odd?

The question is where is the tea spoon?

Alas! Forsooth, mine misguided actions hath moved this post forthwith from the second-from-the-top position of the forums to the very tip-top-position of the forums! Drat! The universe's cruel algorithmic machinations thwart many a sensible and logical man! Get my smelling salts, my good man! I'm feeling faint!
