Check your reputation with the engineer. IF you unlocked the engineer but only ranked their reputation up to 3 than any engineering done at space stations' workshop is limited to rank 3. This is why it's important to max rank the reputation because it decides how high you can remote engineer modules with pinned blueprints.

The pictures are too small - it's impossible to read the text. Enlarging the pictures just makes them blurry.

You may be trying to engineer the Power Distributor, in which case, you would only be able to achieve rank 3 + experiment effect.

You need to engineer each module from grade 1 up to grade 5. You can't just jump to engineering Grade 5

i have more than 3000 hours play i am not new i left the game a year and before all my engineers was at g5 unlocked well most of them and now when i try to g5 the mandalay this happened first with power plant and now with power distributer
