I have the shop for shipyard but no one works there... I think it's a bug.
BTW: does yours produce some goods? Mine doesn't which is weird as it's the asteroid station in the ring so I thought it should generate some goods. Mine stuck on pre-tick level before station became operational.
What do you mean by goods? If commodities then yes. Missions and passengers is working too.
 
I just finished an installation (satelite) and now nothing is there, just the construction ship is still there. Started a new installation, the green + disappears and nothing. Cant deliver mats, no contruction ship appears.

this will be due to servers being slow it taken a good 20 mins for mine to show up.
 
Can anyone explain what happened here? I chose one location for a Satellite and it was built and placed in a different spot. It even added another location at the asteroid field. Originally there was only one, now shows two.

Mine was there right next to the construction site. Will have to go back and see if the construction site is gone now and satellite there. Mine also wasn't built where I had selected.

I haven't been able to log in at all today. Now that the update is done, which I thought was at 11am this morning, it has errored out consistently since then. Won't connect to the servers. Is anyone else in the east coast US having connection issues? I'd wanted to log in and finish the 10 delivery missions I had to left on my roster. It'd be great if I could play.
 
We are starting to lose pilots due to burnout from all the hauling.

I'm not sure what the solution is, some sort of credits for commodities deal where you can trade upfront? I don't know, but the physical act of hauling is causing a negative impact on at least our player group. Either way pilots burning out and walking away from the game I don't think that is in Fdev's interests.
Same here. I made my initial outpost. Almost finished with a comm station just to get some construction points, but this isn't exactly fun. I don't think I'm going to do much colonization after this.

I don't mind hauling and building the system long-term. Although I think that after the completion of the initial port we should have "colony mission contacts" in the new construction sites, not just "drop resources here". Things like: "kill X for X resources delivered", "destroy pirate in system X for X resources delivered", "donation mission" or even delivery ones where you deliver X amount of materials to some folk which in return haul good amount of resources. Its like having a dude or dudette in our construction site working for us who would say: "I know a guy who will deliver 3000 steel if you kill his wife boyfriend" XD

1000% agree, it could be like Protect envoys delivering material to X construction project. or Help by donating credits to get better equipment to build Y project. or Deliver 200 Settlers/workers to Z project and each mission could give a construction 2-5% progress depending on the difficulty/type.

Huh? is it her husband or his girlfriend?
