If it is a module that only the new ship can fit and it is required for the new mining features, but the ship is only available for ARX, effectively locking gameplay features behind premium currency, I will be rather dejected.

I expect if the gameplay is 'all new' then it will at some stage be available for other ships using smaller hardpoints, but the Class 3 will be unique to the T11.

The images do seem focused on asteroids, but some sort of planetary surface mining would be cool.

Could it have a "probe" type mode informing you of the content of 'roids, thereby negating the need for a prospector limpet controller?
