So There is a way to Cheat?

I really no time to grind or anything and I want to try all the ship and explore.
Casually relaxing and stuff.

I really want to skip the grind.
Cheat Engine could not be use because the game is not 100% local.

what is my option to Cheat?

in the beta was not a big deal. we testing stuff knowing the game will be reset multiple time.

Single player still requires connection to the servers so the economy can be synced, whether you want it to or not. You are out of luck.

it is a video games. If I want Speed time trying to make profit and stress about it. I will do it in real world.

As per FD's recent comments if you've installed and played the beta/gamma you are not entitled to a refund.

Sure. Contact Frontier Developments and explain that you bought into the game with the intention of playing offline only and because there is no way for you to cheat, you'd like a refund.
Be sure to let us know how that goes by the way

Well, if you go to Frontier's website, you'll find their contact details there. Send them an email and explain that you feel cheated that you bought into Elite: Dangerous and can't cheat.
Then report back here

If you just want to explore I can see a small reason to cheat. But if (as you're saying) you are space trucking I don't get it. The whole driving force to keep truckin is to make money.. Now if you cheat and get all you want instantly, I don't see it going to be any fun for you.

Theres no grind, its all a matter of attitude, honest. You just need to approach the game with a different mindset, its NOT a rush to the best ship, its NOT a rush to 1 billion credits. Take your time, explore, it doesn't matter if you spend the next 6 months in a Sidewinder and under 10,000cr to your name. Theres no grinding.

I'm sure it'll really open your eyes and be fun if you change the way you look at it, you have the universe at your fingertips. soak it up

I suggest a quick card game, but don't play poker with them and cheat... People have died that way.
As far as the grind and life in general, you get out what you put in to it...

Hey guys, you're all missing the point a little! This person is concerned that he'll have to grind a lot to explore and chill out.

Okay OP, here's the deal, you TOTALLY DON'T.

All the things you wanted to do, that you mentioned in the first post, you can do right from the start, with the starting ship. You can explore, you can trade, you can do combat, you can just cruise around and relax. As you play, you can, if you want, try different ships and hardware, but you can do most everything right from the start! The basic upgrades aren't even that expensive. A couple missions and you can already start experimenting with some different weapons, upgrades, mining, etc.

So.. no you can't cheat, but you don't have to grind, either! Just get out there, fly around, and have some fun!
