If there are other bonuses, it would make lots of sense to tell people about it in today's newsletter. It might tempt some people into buying the game. Not so much sense to offer anything after launch imho.

I'm mostly interested in the starting options I STILL haven't received.

And my ticket on the Store & Sales Customer Support page hasn't received any response at all.

For the 3rd time I feel fobbed off by FD.

Not from me either. I have -25% ship Insurance, free Cobra MkIII skin pack AND a choice of one of the five unannounced ships

I am guessing that isn't loads of goodies but very welcome none the less.

Both with customer service ticket system (as that is probably the most relevant to orders issues) and to the main game ticketing system back on the 29th November.

Haven't even had acknowledgement from either.

If you:

1) can see the Mercenary edition in you account page at the Elite store
and
2) Have looked at the last tab on the shipyard menu, and don't see an Eagle listed there:

Then yes, ticket it.

There may be no wipe, which is cool, because having to start over (after any beta for that matter) is crap - But I doubt they'll hand out any goodies until the official launch in a week.. Keep in mind I have countdown timers all around my house (on my phone, tablet, pcs, even my tvs) so this couldn't come soon enough, as all i have are combat demos to keep me going atm..

I don't think we are getting anything other than what is already on the store page, meaning a $5 discount and a few free paint jobs. If you are expecting anything major in addition to that then you may want to curb your enthusiasm and prepare to be disappointed.

Talking about paint jobs, you think we ever be able to make our own like skin designs ? I know at the moment its a buying game to add any personal touches to ones ship (which is a trifle lame)

Any game that allows you to inject your own personal stamp to anything really makes it so much more immersive.

Yes Im not expecting anything, Just can't wait to actually play. Demo is good for getting used to flying though.

If they ever put it on steam I can see them doing Workshop, so you can design your own and submit them to be in game, then you may get a cut for each sale. However if that ever happened I would be very very surprised.

I pre-ordered it last night but still can't even log into the launcher to play the Combat Demo. It gives me an "Unauthorised" message on the launcher.
